In response to people asking where these videos are, they’re here now, which is a much better response than ‘my YouTube playlist’ where they’re likely to come across public inquiries, cartoon spiders, and rusty tankers barking their way up the bridge canal at Duluth.
I’ll update this page top down.

I did contact the owners of the signs to ask if they’d like to trial adding tailored video to them using AR. The video above and the one below were the illustrations from my own wildlife night cameras that I sent to show what was possible but I’ve had no reply. So if anyone knows someone …!
One of the limitations of outdoor AR in particular is that the target image tends to change quite a lot so some of these are targets using just greenscreen to replace part of an image with another, in this case the sky. This kind of image is only available via the video itself.
Like Beeding and Steyning, Henfield is also poorly served by mobile reception and so this projection onto the BN5 gallery (with permission) is also visible only by video.
AR can be sited on vehicles although it’s tricky and might encourage people to walk into the road to find it or get the right angle. Any AR placed on vehicles have been removed.
This may still be on the post box in Pepperscoombe lane!
As per Starfish above.
And again.
The graffiti in the underpass has, remarkably, a pretty good signal as well as a surprisingly consistent and identifiable set of targets. I change those periodically so, if you have the app, maybe give it a go sometime.
Wherever there’s a signal, a clearly identifiable target, and a relatively flat surface, AR can add something to it.
